Not every property can easily be scanned by the owner — and not every client wants to take that on. For these cases, mkmfloor offers the classic on-site survey: a team member professionally surveys your property on site, nationwide and as a flat-rate quote. We then use this to create all requested documents — from the floor plan to the area calculation to elevations and sections.

Our surveyors are trained to our standards and work nationwide for mkmfloor. Every job is additionally reviewed by our team before the documents are delivered.

What does an on-site survey cost?
In addition to the actual surveying service (from 75 € net, plus VAT, per residential unit or level), a nationwide travel flat rate of 150 € net applies. In the price calculator you can calculate both items together with your requested documents.

How does an on-site survey work?
An mkmfloor team member surveys your property on site using professional measuring equipment. We then create the floor plan, area calculation and any other requested documents back at our office.
Is the on-site survey available nationwide?
Yes, we offer the on-site survey nationwide. Travel costs are calculated as a flat rate and shown transparently in the quote.
When does an on-site survey make more sense than the self-scan?
For very complex floor plans, large commercial properties, or if you would rather not do the self-scan yourself, the on-site survey is the simpler choice — you don’t have to worry about anything.
How long does an on-site appointment take?
Depending on the size and complexity of the property, usually one to two hours.
Which documents can I get after the survey?
Based on the on-site survey we create floor plans, living space calculations, elevations, sections and the gross volume (BRI) — exactly as needed.
What does the travel cost?
Nationwide travel is calculated as a flat rate, in addition to the actual surveying service per residential unit or level. See the price calculator for details.
What if no building documents exist?
No problem — the on-site survey doesn't require any existing floor plans. We survey your property from scratch and create all requested documents from that.
