Our story

mkmFloor grew out of four different perspectives on the real estate industry.

What began as a shared idea quickly grew into a clear vision: property documents should be created more simply, more digitally, and at the same time more professionally.

Kevin Lind, CEO of mkmFloor, contributes his technical background and experience developing digital solutions. Markus G. Schlegel, CSO, combines years of experience with his expertise as a DEKRA-certified real estate expert (D2), giving him first-hand knowledge of the requirements of authorities, banks and the real estate industry. Dr. Michael Rohschürmann, CNO, has built a far-reaching network of experts and strategic partners through his international work as a speaker and consultant. With Mergim Mavraj, CTO and developer of the mkm|Scan app, the technological foundation for a fully digital capture of properties was finally created.

mkmFloor grew out of this conviction — with the goal of rethinking professional property documents. Today we combine modern digitalisation with the expertise of a nationwide network of architects, draftspeople, engineers and surveyors. This is how we create high-quality floor plans, living space calculations, elevations and sections — efficiently, precisely and at consistently high quality.

Our ambition is to build the leading digital surveying practice for property documents in Germany — scalable, reliable and consistently customer-focused.

How we make this possible

Our vetted network of technical draftspeople, architects and structural engineers works to uniform drafting and review standards. Quality assurance and delivery are managed centrally by mkmfloor. That lets us deliver floor plans, calculations and other documents at attractive prices — you outsource the work instead of keeping your own specialist team on staff.
